Off ice is included in the fee. Helmet is required for Basic 1

Off ice 5:50 PM – 6:20 PM

Off ice will consist of 30 minutes including variation of stretching, cardio and core conditioning. It is only applicable for Basic 1 and up. Please note some off ice conditioning is prior to class and some is after class.
